Looking for SEO + SEM Manager

They aim to demystify e-commerce for industrial equipment based on these simple guiding principles: Easy to Find, Easy to buy, Great service & support and Hassle-free returns. We are looking for a rockstar SEO Manager, someone with a good understanding of SEM & content strategy as well.
Create the SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) roadmap, identifying growth opportunities and working with product development and other teams to prioritize opportunities and drive execution.
Drive organic search traffic by conducting site audits, keyword research, content optimization, and landscape analysis.
Track keyword rankings to communicate wins and act proactively to prevent rankings from dropping.
Ensure all new product developments are optimized for search.
Create SEO rich content for our website.
Manage the overall strategy for tagging, including implementation, XML sitemap optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure proper site indexing.
Conduct technical audits to ensure that site structure and pages are optimized to attract and engage visitors.
Design and implement a link building strategy in collaboration with brand marketing and PR efforts.
Draw actionable insights from data to iterate and improve the performance of SEO strategies and campaigns.
Monitoring Metrics & Reporting like Webmaster Hygiene, GA reporting, Goal Monitoring for Landing Pages
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals - general and keyword specific.
Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes.
Building high-quality links, Organic search results, lead generation, team management, page optimization.
The complete responsibility of Google and Facebook ads.
Conduct keyword research and optimize the campaigns.
Research and analyze competitor advertising links and strategize the best plan ahead for the business
Optimize the ad copy, landing pages for the best lead quality.
Optimize the campaigns regularly for improving the performance.
Must have min. 5+ years of strong SEO experience and content strategy creation.
Must have a good understanding of Search Engine Marketing
