This role requires driving the Sales
Function in a Territory / Area. The incumbent must own the business area and
increases the sales and revenue by driving ‘constructive relationships’ with
his/her own sales executives, retailers and distributors.
He / she must have an
extremely sound system at hand to resolve internal / external customer
complaints regarding sales and service.
He/she must be adept and
skilled at Strategic Planning around the overall Sales Effort.
