Job Description


Hiring Assistant Outlet Leader for a Prestigious F&B Outlet

Assist Area Leader supervises overall outlet operations and implement company policy and SOPs. Maintain product quality, service standards, guest satisfaction. Track sales vs budget and drive daily sales to maximize outlet revenue. Work together with line staff to complete daily operations in accordance with company standards.

     ·         Ensure operation standards, policies and procedures are followed by outlet staff.


·         Motivate outlet staff and maintain a cohesive team.

·         Identify outlet training needs and report to Area Leader.

·         Suggestively sell menu items and train up selling skills to outlet staff.

·         Keep the team informed of MTD sales and target and motivate staff to exceed sales goal.

·         Input and access information into SUMMA system.

·         Understand particular characteristics and description of every menu item, preparation method/time, ingredients, sauces, portion sizes, garnishes, presentation and prices.

·         Maintain and use of assets and equipment correctly.

·         Check storage areas for proper supplies, organization and cleanliness.

·         Complete requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items needed for the anticipated business.

·         Ensure that staff report to work as scheduled. Document any late or absent employees.

·         Organize line-ups with staff and review all information related to the day’s business.

·         Inspect grooming and attire of staff; correct any deficiencies.

·         Ensure that all materials, equipment and products are in complete readiness for service.
