Job Description

Hiring Business Development Executive for Renowned RPO:

Location: Ahmedabad

 

 Duties and responsibilities

·         Cold call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead

·         Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts

·         Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process

·         Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base

·         Collaborate with BD Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches

·         Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects

·         Ensure follow-up by passing leads to BD Manager with calls to action, dates,

·         Preparation of complete profile information, sources, etc.

·         Set up and deliver sales presentations, service demonstrations, etc.

·         Assist in creating business proposals for potential clients

·          

 

Qualifications

·         Education – Any Graduation

 

·         MBA with Sales/Marketing would be an added advantage

Work timings

 

·         40 hours/5 days a week

·         3:00 pm to 12:00 pm IST

·         Mon-Fri (Weekends off)
