We are hiring for an Admin Executive for renowned Travel Company based in Jaipur.

Only females can apply.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
-Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
-Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls..
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
- Coordinate in interviews and other admin work.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

·         Should posses good communication skill.

·         Should have basic knowledge of computer.

·         Should be smart enough to manage the tasks.
