· Develop expertise on in-house applications.
· Responsible to drive all technical and functional issues towards closure
· L2 support - diagnosis, investigation, resolution, coordination with business, application owners, infrastructure support
· Creation of ticket and tracking through lifecycle
· Package install, upgrades in different environments
· Co-ordinate with L3 support for application bug/ enhancement requirement.
· Deployment of patches in multiple environments and tracking the same.
· Support L3 team during implementation.
· Minimum 03 yrs experience in L2 Application Support
· ITIL foundation certification
· Good oral and written communication skills
Technical Skills (min 02 from the below list):
· ASP.net, C#, VB Script, Java Script
· SQL server
· CMS tool
· MS Axapta
This work involves rotational shifts supporting internal customers (within the organization). Providing support only to ‘internal customers’ is the USP.
