Graduate and MBA in marketing with 10
to 12 years of experience from FMCG, preferably from Food industry. He should
be good in sales management, possesses excellent relationship in trade, good
analytical and planning skills, able to manage a team of 10 to 15 front line
sales personnel, good written and spoken communication skills. Exposure to new
product launch and local market & language will be added advantage. Should
have good administrative skills to use all resources effectively in total sales
management process. He will be reporting to Regional Sales Manager.
