Technical Support Associate
are hiring for a Technical Support Associate with at least 1 year of
Technical assistance to the customers by performing the following duties:
for taking control of and resolving Complex Technical and Escalated customer
Documents and Simulates complex customer
issues to find solutions and fixes to customer inquiries and problems & may
dispatch additional service as necessary.
Technical support with Issue resolution via Phone/Chat/Email electronic medium.
Activation/Deactivation & handle other technical Issues using Software
& other Application tool.
and provide inputs on unique (or) recurring customer problems.
Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate or Post Graduate (IT preferred)
have at least 1 year of experience.
to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
to promptly answer & support related Phone calls, Chat & Emails.
Motivated, Detail-oriented and organized.
with Hardware and Software issues.
