Job Description

We are Hiring National Sales & Marketing Head (JAIPUR )  for a Reputed Dairy Food Company. 


·         Accountable for overall sales strategy and revenue growth of the company on a PAN India basis

·         Lead and manage activities for go-to-market strategy, Lead generation, new business development, sales planning and operations, key account management

·         Complete ownership of P&L in the organization with a razor-sharp focus on increasing distribution and market share

·         Preparing business analytic reports, analyzing performance, opportunities, trends, threats, and taking well planned corrective business actions based on data to drive efficiencies across the business

·         Develop and nurture business partners: CFAs, CSAs, SS and Distributors

·         Track market changes and conduct market research & analysis to map competition strategy

·         Play a strategic role in building brands to drive business and sustain profitability 

·         Interface with internal cross- functional teams to ensure effective communication and co-ordination to execute company agenda.

Candidate Profile: 
15 years’ experience of sale in reputed Dairy Products / FMCG companies at a minimum RSM level or equivalent. The candidate will be familiar with salesforce automation technologies and will be comfortable with data-driven decision making. 

Key Attributes: 


·         Knowledge of geography of domestic market and ability to travel extensively

·         Comfortable with Data driven decision making and sales force automation

·         Very standards driven, can implement, review, develop and benchmark standards to ensure the organization becomes and remains world-class

·         Marketing through retail and channels. Achieving organisational goals

·         Making the organisation familiar of new market trends and marketing avenues.

·         Assist the management to Conduct assessment of the company and prepare a business plan for the financial year ahead for dairy processing and marketing.

·         Coach, mentor and train/ evaluate staff involved in the sales and marketing on a continuous basis.

·         Undertake market demand analysis, financial analysis and competition in the market for our products, competitor's activity.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills; Highly-organized, a self-starter, resilient and able to perform under pressure. 

·         Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to set clear priorities and meet deadlines

·         Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated.

 15 LPA ( As per experience and qualifications. Comparable with the best in the industry.)
