Qualification & Skills

1. Ability to present in a professional, confident and friendly manner, both in person and over the phone

2. Outstanding communication and inter personal skills

3. Exceptional proven business development and networking skills

4. Ability to motivate and follow through on leads generated and reporting their status

5. Dynamic and sales focused

6. Ability to use MS Word, Excel and Power point confidently and professionally

7. Mature approach while handling clients above all should be patient


Key Responsibilities

1. Exposure of handling pre-sales & post-sales on Freelancer, Upwork, PPH, etc.

2. Develop and implement sales plans in order to win business of corporate clients and competitors 

3.  Coordinate between Sales & Development Team to execute timely delivery of projects 

4. Exposure to Writing Business Proposals

5. Manage sales process from lead generation to conversion

6. Deliver sales presentations to new clients

7. Ensure promotion of eSageIT activities are maintained and assist the organisation in various promotional events

8. Generate reports of sales, marketing strategies and determine client needs

9. Possess technical knowledge of Web Designing and Digital Marketing to explain intricacies to clients, if need be

10. You will have to move around in the market to get business

Experience: 5 years

Salary: Rs 4.8 to Rs 6 Lakhs per annum
