Responsible for Brand
Management, communication (Traditional and New), Promotion etc. and Developing and Executing Marketing strategies
in coordination with Sales Team, Agencies etc.
Responsible for preparation of
objective oriented Marketing budget and Execution of planned activities as
per budget and making sure objective of each marketing expense is achieved
without waste of resources.
Plan and supervise execution
of Product launch activities in coordination with Sales team. Liaise
with agencies and share brief as per need, come out with best route for
communication, monitor pre-production stage and communication effectiveness
Develops specific campaigns
for all the products, work with the agency for Creative and advertising and
promotional materials, supervising effective visibility in outdoor Media.
Develop Advertising / Media
Prepare media briefs
(objective, route, target, cost etc.) and share with media partners, Prepare
media plan, monitor the execution and evaluate the outcomes vis a vis
objective of media initiative including management of share of voice and selection
of media such as radio, television,
print, online, and outdoors etc
Selection of the most
appropriate types of media to be used by
analyze behavior and media habits of targeted customers.
Track program budgets and
expenses and campaign response rates to evaluate each campaign based on
program objectives and industry norms.
Coordinate with the media to
disseminate brand communication , product launch communication
10. Monitor and analyze Consumer promotion results to determine cost
effectiveness of promotion campaigns.
11. Manage Social Media marketing campaigns (Content / Design /
Engagement) and day-to-day activities with aim to convert
fans/followers/ Likes into customers.
12. Savings through better negotiations across all channels, Media,
Promotions PR and Outdoor. Preparation of Media schedule with allocation in
various brands under diff verticals of FMCG in co-ordination with all stake
holders. Negotiating better discounts with Media directly imparts more
increased visibility of CG Brands and helps aid better top of mind recall for
the brands directly contributing to increase of Market share and sales target
13. Conceptualize and plan BTL activities for Trade and consumer
awareness, Sampling, promotion schemes Identify and negotiate with vendors
for supply of POPs and other related materials like Dealer boards, Hoardings,
Wall paintings for visibility / mind share
14. Provide brief to MR/Agencies on research requirements and research
design (target group, platform, market, no of people etc.), validate
and review final research output
15. Must have Proper Digital Knowledge
to increase efficiency & remain abreast with the international
standards & technology
16. Mentoring, developing teammate /subordinates by imparting training,
