Job Description

Front Desk Duties:
Answers all incoming calls in a pleasant, professional and courteous manner.
Greets and handles walk- in clients and vendors. Turns away solicitors in a clear, but friendly way.
To give excellent service to International Buyers.
Logs in front office deliveries, such as mail parcels. Announces arrival of parcels to the appropriate person.
Maintains appearance of the Front Office.
Supervise office boys, housekeeping and security staff.
Coordination with In house Factories for day to day administration.
Maintenance of office appliance.
Ensure that all visitors maintain discipline and wait outside until the concerned staff is free to attend them.
Ensure that no outsiders or unauthorized people are permitted inside without checking with the persons who they want to meet.
Make sure that all utilities i.e. Electric supply, water supply, Air-condition devices and telephones are in perfect working orders and sort out problems if any relating to these utilities.
