Job Description

Job Role:-    We are hiring for Customer Operations Executive for a renowned Edu Tech Company.

Location:- Mumbai (Ghansoli)

Roles and Responsibilities:-

·         Proficient in computer programs and able to type 40+ words per minute.

·         Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.( Fresher can also be considered)

·         Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.

·         Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

·         Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

·         Education qualification: BE/

·         6 days working and may need to stretch to complete the target

·         Candidates who know South Languages (Tulu,Tamil,Kannada,Telgu,Malayam) would be added advantage.
