Job Description


As a Regional Head, the position is responsible for to act as a profit center head and acquiring Business Partners (Franchisee and Marketing Agent), to recruitment, to train and to monitor WM/BM/AM/SRM/SM/RM/ARM and to generate revenues through equities, commodities, currency derivatives, Margin Funding and third party products.

Roles and Responsibilites:


·         Responsible for client acquisition and managing the overall client relationship

·         Work closely with clients for creation and implementation of their financial plans

·         Monitor financial market trends to ensure that plans are effective, and to identify any necessary updates.

·         Prepare and interpret for client’s information such as investment performance reports, financial document summaries, and income projections.

·         Research and investigate new investment opportunities to determine relevance for clients

·         Answer clients' questions about the purposes and details of financial plans and strategies.

·         Sell financial products such as equity, commodity, currency, derivatives, bonds, mutual funds, and insurance.

·         Conduct seminars and workshops on financial planning topics

·         A deep understanding of the financial advisory business process

·         Proven people, business and project leadership & negotiation experience

·         Possesses strong knowledge of process development and management, strong sense of personal accountability, problem solving, and creativity, and excellent communication, relationship and organizational skills

·         Ability to understand, anticipate and react to competitive market requirements, industry opportunities and constraints

·         To act as a Profit center head and handle entire region including all branches and its staff, business partners, franchisees, bdrs and sub-brokers, APs and any other profit area zone to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of entire region.

·         Maintaining relationship with existing clients as well as developing new business through the team members.

·         Advise clients on their equity/commodities and currency portfolio for long-term investments as well as positional Trading ideas in stocks for the short / medium term.

·         Handle channel sales at area level for equity/commodities as well as other financial products.

·         Monitoring the complete sales, dealing, cross-sell, operation, compliance and Team management.

·         Develop and nurture marketing agents & franchisees for growth of both these channels.

·         Handhold marketing agents & franchisees in various businesses process as well as oversee their business performance.

·         Conducting meeting on weekly basis for business development

·         Presentation on to corporate/HNI clients/ HNW clients

·         Ensuring proper implementation of client management process and sales process through Team.

·         Organizing Events & Road shows with regards to promotional activities.

·         Ensure sales target are achieved as per the budgeted cost as per profitability of entire region.

·         Monitoring Region MIS, employee productivity, revenue growth and working towards higher CTC/Revenue rations for Region Profitability.

·         Ensure speedy resolution of client queries & grievances to maximize satisfaction levels

·         Operates with Strict and unflinching adherence to corporate policies, Compliance, code of conduct and ethics and regulatory frameworks.

·         Investment analysis and risk management of clients’ on day to day basis.

·         Focusing on Margin, IPO, Promoter funding opportunities from HNI & Corporate.
